Food Policy

  • Food Packages are charged per person.
  • Set Menu service only for groups under 20pax.
  • Buffet Menus require minimum order 30pax. Buffet Menus (not including Live Station Menus) can be served Family Style for more than 20pax.
  • Unless otherwise stated, rates are quoted exclusive of 21% government tax & service charge. Surcharges may be applicable during Public Holidays.
  • Rates are exclusive of tiffany chairs, round/rectangle tables, linens.
  • Rates include crockery, cutlery, glassware, tablewares, serviceware and staffing.
  • Food Tasting up to 4 portions is complimentary at our Central Kitchen facility in Tanjung Benoa. Menu items should be finalised and confirmed 30 (Thirty) working days before event.
  • All dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request.
